For those who eat too much carb and want to cut some. Instead of making a sandwich inside 2 slices of bread you can wrap your ingredients in 2 leaves of romaine lettuce.

i modified this recipe that i found on the interweb somewhere... I combined wheat flour and used vanilla extract instead of almond (i forgot to buy the almond and used what i had on hand, whoops!). I also used unsweetened almond milk instead of regular milk because I don't drink milk. They came out VERY YUMMY and moist!!!
This is a quick and nutrititous and filling snack. I like garlicy hummus but you can use any kind and I like yellow squash but you could substitue many other veggies. For substitutions don't forget to adjust the nutritional data.
