Hearty chicken and vegetable soup cooked from scratch for a healthy autumn entree
This is definitely NOT diet food, but I always make them for friends' birthday and have one myself so as I was putting these on so I can track them I thought I would share them with you. This is perfect for warming the sole on a cold winter day or night. You can make this soup as spicy as you want.
I got this recipe from a daily recipe E-zine I get. You'll notice that the first 2 layers of this dessert contain NO SUGAR! Only the glaze has any sugar. It is a wonderful dessert and will make you look like a professional baker! Thanks for sharing JoAnn!
I got this from a EZine to which I subscribe. A nice take on cooked cabbage.

This is so yummy even my husband who doesn't like eggplant likes it. And my 6 year old picky daughter likes it too.
This takes about 30 minutes to make and is delicious with a dallop of sour cream. It is definitely a cool weather comfort food!
This is from Ann Gittleman's book. I use ground turkey rather than ground beef to save a lot of calories without sacrificing taste.
