I came up with this because my husband loves Cabbage Rolls. But, they just took to much time. He loves it and it alot easier to make. I used whatever large can of tomatoes I have and regular rice if that's all I have. We like spices, so I always add red pepper flakes to ours. It will just take a little longer to cook and a little more liquid. It's great the next day.
