Add more or less jalapeno depending on your preferance. If you like it hot another great way to spice up your bowl of chili is with a teaspoon or 2 of seraucha chili pepper sauce.
We like to add cheese, low-fat sour cream and/or noodles to our chili everyonce in a while to change things up a bit.

Just a quick feel good meal, that works out to be tasty and relatively low carb. This is the way it was made in Hawaii, and I added some Creole Seasoning for bolder flavor.
SPICY RIBS!!! These ribs are not the best for you but with a few tweaks I think they could get pretty close. You will need salt, pepper and chile pepper at the beginning to season the ribs, just sprinkle on the ribs what looks good to you. Then use the measured salt and pepper for the sauce.
This is an easy and yummy dish. Very filling, and one even the kids will like.
My family doesn't like hunks of tomato, etc, in their chili so I came up with the recipe years ago. It is very tasty and filling and a 'fast food' meal for us.
