Just a simpler recipe that is easy to throw together. I usually add in a few things to give it "pizzazz" like sauteed onions, peas, etc. but this is the bare-bones version I made for the week for myself.

This is a giant batch and you may want to cut all quantities in half if you don't have a big wok. Sodium can be reduced if you omit the chicken base, but flavor will be less pronounced.
