Have leftover grilled salmon or tuna? Turn it into a wonderful salad for lunch.
Drain and flake the tune. Set Aside.
Cooke noodles according to package directions. Drain. Combine noodles with tuna, celery and green onions. Blend in lowfat yogurt , mayo, thyme and salt. Spoon half of the mixture into a buttered 2-quart casserole. Top with half zucchini. Repeat layers. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with chopped tomato.

Crepes can be made with milk or soy milk, so good for lactose free diets as well.
