22 WW points plus/ serving....this is a HIGH point version to say the least, but still less than the original. It is one of those meals that you save for a special occasion; however if you cut out the avocado and use a wheat bun and wheat flour vs. what I have here I am sure you would cut the total down quite a bit.

This is a variation on Spinach Chicken Bake submitted by Silly_Me. The original was too bland and not filling enough for me, so I added pasta, and changed some of the ingredients to liven it up a bit.
I just threw together what I had in my pantry and this is what I came up with...Pretty tasty for a quick dinner, and left overs make a great lunch
Meatloaf in the microwave? Yes I know it sounds weird, but it's soooo good! If you don't have a Pampered Chef Deep Covered Bakers, GET ONE!! The glaze on this meatloaf is awesome! 6 WW pts.
Made this up because I'm a big fan of quesadillas and had the ingredients handy. However, the sodium content is a bit high. But this is quick and easy! Enjoy! :]

This is a very rough approximation of the ingredients in a Whole Foods Pike Place turkey sandwhich with turkey, bacon, sun-dried tomato aoli, pepper jack cheese and spinach - hold the avacado.
1 CHICKEN BREAST
1 PKG MOZZERALLA CHEESE
2 CANS CAMPBELLS CREAM OF CHICKEN LOW SODIUM
1 CHOPPED TOMATO
1 C ONIONS
2 FRESH JALAPENOS
10-12 CORN TORTILLAS
