I took a recipe for this out of the Clean Eating magazine and changed some things to make it easier. Spicy and delicious!
It's to die for! This recipe cuts about half the calorie/fas from The original recipe which calls for whipped chive cream cheese and regular bacon. Add some Rice Pilaf and Peas...... and Yummy dish.
My husband claims this marinade makes skinless chicken breasts taste like a good cut of steak. I'm not so sure about tasting like steak, but this is deffinitely not a boring ol' slab of grilled chicken. Moist and tender with loads of flavor. They even taste good reheated the next day. Oh and the nutritional info isn't exactly acurate because you don't actually eat all of the marinade but I'm not sure how to make it acurate.
This recipe will make you switch from beef burgers to turkey burgers once and for all!

Chicken and vegetables, easy preparation, quick clean up. I threw this together one evening and was very impressed with the results. My husband said this was his new favorite dish! The surprise is that it's so easy, delicious, and your entire meal is done! Leftovers are even better!
A good use of the left over turkey from Thanksgiving or just to have at any time.
