I started making these when I was doing Weight Watchers. At the time they were free, they have changed their program so they may be one point now. I think they are great without the fat.

A throwback recipe of country/homestyle green beans, just like my grandma used to make. Definitely not "low fat", but can be a low carb treat.
This recipe is suitable for a 2 lb bread machine. Substitute up to half the bread flour for wheat flour. It will yield a softer denser loaf.
A very easy, tasty casserole with whole grains, beans and vegetables. And cheese, of course!
Cornbread, the way I was taught to make it. Perfect accompaniment to soup or stew.
