She used it on pork chopes. I didn't add the salt, change the orange maramalade to a sugar free brand.
This sauce is a "must try" with my Balsamic Marinated Pork Loin and Low-Fat Parmesan Polenta. When I plate this menu, I put a layer of polenta, then sliced pork tenderloin and this lemon-honey sauce on top. It's a fantastic meal that gets five stars from my family!

I make this every week for our family, it makes three loaves, approx. 18 slices/loaf and is great for toast and sandwiches, grilled sandwiches... everything!

My youngest sons fought over a piece of okra from this dish when they were toddlers. Packed full of healthy delicious filling ingredients, it's a great side dish or add cooked lean meat for a complete meal.
I use fresh vegetables when they're available, otherwise substitute with canned or frozen.
I recreated my own salsa and it came out like a relish. Very spicy and hot, with a twist of sweet. I blended everything thru the food processor - lightly. Great on Potatoes, fish, salad or even as a side medley.
