This is a yummy nutritious breakfast smoothie. It is quick and easy to make and tastes delicious. The great thing is that you can substitute any fruit that you like into this recipe, and any flavor of yogurt as well.
I named this counter food because, while I was making it I spilled Feta all over my counter... and then proceeded to scoop it back up off of the counter because it was all the feta I had left. :D But the meal turned out really, really good and I hope you like it!

These are delicious low carb pancakes that I love to make. My son says these are some of the best pancakes ever.
My family loves these. We serve them without the dip to complement hamburgers but you can find the dip in the picture at the website listed in tips.

My last attempt was too difficult with whipping the whites. Found/modified this one & it worked great!
Nutrition Per waffle (rounded)
Carb: 3%
Fat: 81%
Protein: 16%
Net Carb: 2% (subtract dietary fiber)
I also added 1/4 tsp guar gum (it makes it raise up instead of being flat)
I also added 2 tsp. Maple Extract
These things were not in the option of things to add.
Absolutely excellent side dish, high in fiber and protein, and packed with mushroom flavor. Can also be a main dish and perfect for vegetarians (not vegan)
