I experimented with this one day when I was craving it... turned out great! You can substitute the organic ingredients with non-organic ones....
Green smoothies are PACKED with nutrients and this one for sure does! Add the coconut cream because the vitamin A, D, E & K is fat soluble so your body has to have the food combined with a fat when consuming for your body to absorb the nutrient. Because of the high fruit content, the spinach and carrots can't be tasted but you still get their vitamins!

I LOVE this smoothie. It's so rich and creamy and has the texture of the best ice cream - without dairy! This smoothie is like eating 5 servings of fruits and veggies and it's delicious to boot! You can't even taste the veggies - I promise!

I took a standard granola recipe and adapted it to be acceptable for a gluten-free diet.
has no nuts or fruits. Can be used in other granola recipes. Tastes great with yogurt!
Yields 4 cups. I have serving be either 1/4 or 1/3 c depending on what I'm using it with.
If you want sweeter, you can add more honey.
Great snack, great in trail mix, etc
