I wanted to mimic the rich taste and strong umami flavor of an Asian salad dressing, without all the sugar and fat and calories. I think this hits the bullseye - it tastes extremely rich but at just 71 calories per ounce, is a fraction of the caloric damage of typical restaurant dressings. The health values are phenomenal - probiotics from the yogurt, living miso, fresh raw garlic & ginger, dry mustard - so use this to counteract any gastrointestinal issues you are having - it will work wonders! Enjoy and please comment if you make this.
Yummy vegan sauce that packs some nutrition in along with the flavor. Enjoy!
A yummy pasta salad that can be served hot or cold. Loaded with veggies, this can be served as a main meal, or halved for a side.

Excellent baked taco dip. Great with tortilla chips or whole wheat pita bread (sliced into wedges). Some ingredients I chose Fat Free although they are a little higher in sodium but to balance I chose reduced sodium seasoning and fresh tomatoes to reduce the sodium. Can be prepared ahead of time and baked / assembled later.
I have been very particular about my taco seasoning. So going gluten free really threw me for a loop as my favorite seasoning used flour. I was so wonderfully surprised and pleased when I first tried this seasoning mixture. It is awesome. I like mine a bit spicy, so lower the chili powder and crushed red peppers by about 1/2-1 tsp each to make it more family/guest friendly.

This is an excellent baked cheesecake-type dessert that's high in protein and calcium and low in fat.
Mary Berry recipe with alterations:
-added spices
-substituted walnuts with half and half walnuts/sunflower seeds
-approx 80ml-90ml sunflower oil instead of 150ml
-less sugar than called for
-wholemeal flour instead of plain
-added raisins
-no frosting, instead small amount of icing drizzled over the top (made with icing sugar and orange juice)
I realise the calorie rating is quite high, but the serving size is pretty big and the fat content is not at all bad.
