My sister introduced me to a wonderful Caesar Vinegariette, but when I moved I couldn't find it. Here is my recreation.
dont freak out when you see the nutritional information!!!! it is taking into account all of the ingredients as a whole. you will not be using the entire recipe all at once!!! this obviously makes more than one serving...

Makes a nice accompaniment to your meal.
This is a great recipe for breezy Spring or Summer days! It's quick and easy to modify to your own needs.
Use as a small dinner salad or double it up and add salmon, chicken or turkey to make it a meal in itself
This salad is a combination of beans and vegetables and tastes great served alonside brown rice for a meal.
I strongly recommend adding a protein to this dish. If you are, add protein while still hot. The salad works well with grilled fish or shrimp, or grilled pork.
Simple, light. Salmon steamed, tuna, crab, shrimp can be substituted or mixed. Serve with tomatoes and whole wheat grain. 1-2 servings
Same old tuna salad—not! Albacore tuna partners with brown rice and three fruits that gets dressed with creamy yogurt.
If you like cilantro, you will LOVE this salad!
My husband, who is a chef, makes it for me. It's a flavorful, low calorie salad that is very refreshing! It has a high water content so it's very good on hot days.
Nice contrast of color and textures and flavors. Great for company. Nice with Steak and Potato
