Just a little salad dressing I whipped up, because I am bored with plain vinegar and oil. I found it so good, I almost licked my bowl clean (but then again, I am coming off of a 5-day juicing detox, so everything tastes better!)
This mediterranean bean salad can be combined with tuna or grilled chicken and served over a bed of arugula or crisp romaine for a hearty salad that provides plenty of protein and fiber.

Mix mayo with cilantro, cajan seasoning, dry oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and season salt to taste. Mix this with vegetable mixture.
This is a simple cucumber salad with a creamy dressing. You can adjust the sugar to taste. This is also good with a little bit of fresh dill added.
This is real easy. I just used a whole tomato, onion, cucumber and bell pepper, on container of feta, olives and pasta, and 1 cup of the dressing. This isn't really meant to be optimal nutrition, just a recipe that I like, and if you try it, I hope you like it too. The nutrition is accurate per once of the measurements I've listed, but of course the next time they'll be off a bit, as no 2 pieces of fruit or veggie are exactly the same size :-). Enjoy!
