Absolutely delicious salad that can be served alongside any main dish or just add saute'd chicken or prawns for a fabulous meal. The calorie calculation is for the dressing only but I have given the ingredients for the rest of the salad so you know what is in it and you can calculate your calories depending on how much you would like to eat.

Delicious tossed with 8 cups cabbage, 1 cup shredded carrots, 5 thinly sliced radishes, and 1/2 cup of diced zucchini. Be creative! The calorie count only takes into consideration the dressing, which easily coats the salad ingredients.
