Again, I made this recipe for the TSC Heart of a Champion program. If you're like me, then you don't like the lumpy texture of cottage cheese. I can eat it like that from time to time but when it comes down to it, I would much rather have something creamier. Though the sodium content is fairly high in this recipe, the amount of potassium in it will create a balance. Plus, you should be drinking plenty of water anyways. This recipe is for two wraps which are intended to be eaten three hours apart.
This is a vegetarian sandwich spread that makes a nice dip for chips also.
