This is a favorite hamburger recipe my neighbor taught me when I was a little girl. The mixture puts alot of flavor into the patty itself, so most people don't feel a need to add condiments to the sanwich when eating. The original recipe calls for ground hamburger, but I found ground turkey to be a great healthy alternative, without subsituting any of the flavor. Enjoy!

Just really easy...Odd ingredients, but spicy=metabolism and lots of protein is great. Way too much sodium, though. I have really low blood pressure, so that's not a concern with me. Anyway, cheers!
