I'm not a fan of regular guacamole, so I added a few extra ingredients to improve the plain version
Here is a lowfat version of my traditional cornbread dressing. It's fantastic with turkey on Thanksgiving, or a side dish anytime of year.
This is delicious on bread, chips, veggies, spread on toast, or bagel chips, etc.
The robust flavor of the mushrooms and onions turns "just rice" into "Wow! Rice!"
A simple, but delightful side dish. Works very well with roasted beef, pork, or chicken.
I love sweet potatos better than white and this is a nice alternative. This is not an exact science. All you need is a very soft cooked sweet potato (microwaved is okay too), and butter, salt, and possibly brown sugar (or sugar altherative) to your taste.
