This base of 3 veggies is filling, full of healthy antioxidants and vitamins, and can easily be adapted to your favorite cuisine by changing the spices. My three favorite ways to eat it are with garlic pepper only, with Mrs Dash's spices sprinkled on it, or (calories not included) with parm cheese and a little mozzerella.
Great alternative to mashed potatoes and ideal opportunity to use leftover roasted garlic.
