Because I made this for just my boyfriend and I, I didn't cook two chickens like they said to! I made the same amount of stuffing as the recipe called for, stuffed two chicken quarters, and then had the rest of the stuffing as leftovers.
I found this recipe on allrecipes.com and tweaked it just a little.
