So easy! Preheat your oven to 350. Mix the pumpkin and egg whites first, till they are fully blended. Then, add spices, syrup, milk, and chips. Spoon mixture into 10 cupcake papers in a cupcake pan. If you LIKE, take 1/2 flakes of your favorite organic cereal and crumble on top. Bake for 40 min! Let them cool for 20 min in the fridge and ENJOY!
I took an idea from cooking over the fire when we go camping and brought it indoors. I was also craving pizza but didn't want to order a whole pizza and this fit the bill.

fry ground turkey adding spices like salt pepper cumin and chili pepper. spray pam on individual tortilla and heat up on a placa or pan. Add approx 1/4 cup of meat and roll individual tortilla for a total of 12 taquitos. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for about 10-15 mins to make crispy. Blend all other ingredients except for sour cream in a blender for the best homemade salsa you will ever have in my opinion! Top each taquito with salsa and sour cream! Enjoy!
