I used the No-Chicken broth for this recipe too and it is very delicious.
I used this soup as an appetizer before meals to curb my appetite. This soup is basically free on WW. It is also good if you put in refrigerate and blend in your blender for a quick 'veggie smoothie' - kind of like gazpacho.
This is a slow simmer soup, and we like to put it over very skinny noodles and have a slice of french bread for dipping.
Make a big pot of this soup . It freezes well which makes an easy go to meal when you are short on time. just pull out of freezer and heat.
The pre-packaged bisque requires only a few ingredients: water, canned corn, a little bit of cream and your choice of crawfish or shrimp. And, the process? Unbelievably easy. Simply bring each ingredient together in gradual steps, making sure not to boil the mixture, and a seafood bisque suddenly appears. What I can appreciate best about pre-packaged foods is the ease with which a recipe can be made and the lack of self-doubt when tasting the final product. Please note that the nutritional information for Denicola's Shrimp Bisque mix here is an educated guess.

This low-calorie high protein chili is packed with healthy fiber, plus it's quick and easy to prepare. Create this hearty meal in just 30 minutes; add a green salad and sliced fruit, and you have a lovely "fast food" meal. Tex-Mex Chili also freezes well, so it's a great "make ahead" dish. (Pasta and cilantro are optional). Sometimes I add a dollup of tomato paste for a change.
