Saute Onions, garlic in Olive Oil. Add tomatos and saute. Add rice and saute. Add Broth and Clam juice, saffron and cover lower heat and simmer about 30 minutes. Add thyme and red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Add Seafood and peas and green beans. Cook covered until seafood and rice are cooked. Enjoy!
