This is a fantastic three bean salad that is low in calories and high in protein and flavor. It is super fast to make and can accompany any casual lunch or dinner.
Basic soup with tomatoe base. Soy products add to the umami needed for a full taste. Any ingredient can be changed for something else. Add meatballs, fish, rice or your favorite vegetable to change it.
