I drink one of these every morning. It's helped me loose weight and I no longer need to take medication for GERD. I change up the fruits, however, I keep the proportions the same and I alwasy include the banana and grapefruit.
You can always leave out the raisins if you like, but these taste yummy without any added sugar (just natural fructose) and no white flour. I like mine chewy, but directions are given for crispy, too.
I use Ideal No Calorie Brown Sugar and Vanilla Almond milk.
My Grandmother used to make this recipe but instead of bought fruit she used home canned fruit.
My mom made this frequently when I was growing up. I still like to occasionally indulge, though I substitute Splenda for Sugar and 1/4c walnuts rather than 1/2.

For breakfast or lunch. For dinner, remove one egg to prevent insomnia. Do not make this ahead; drink immediately to prevent bacterial growth in the rich egg medium.
Pop the popcorn in oil, pour melted butter over the top and then shake cheddar powder on top and mix all.
