I know we all love love LOVE to save calories where we can, but if we can do it while indulging in our favorite foods! Here is a donut hole recipe that is quick, easy, and best of all.... LOW CALORIE!
So yummy! The aroma is so believable you may have to check the oven to make sure you aren't baking cookies!
The first time I made this, my sister asked, who was baking a cake? That is how powerful the aroma is.
I got the original recipie from The Barmy Baker (http://thebarmybaker.blogspot.com) and then heavily modified it - in the process cutting out roughly 200 calories per serving.
This makes 3 pies with a lattice top plus a bit left over the way I made it. If you don't roll it that thin, you may need to figure a bit more on the nutrition per serving.

Separate eggs. Melt chocolate. Mix eggs, chocolate, Erythrol, almond flour, flour, baking powder and bake cake , cool and cut i 3 . Melt cherries in a cup of water, add one pudding and 2 tbs of Erythrol. Cook and cool down. Beat whipped cream w 2 tbs Erythrol . In half add two sugar free puddings . Soak cake with cherry brandy . Layer cake, cherries, vanilla creme, cake . Spread whipped cream over the cake .
This is especially attractive if you have access to heirloom tomatoes. Good served with fish or chicken, or on it's own.

1 serving - pasta - spegatti
1 small can - tomato juice
1 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste but optional
Only 14 net carbs and 0.2 grams of sugar!! I adapted this recipe from a Hershey's recipe. Make sure to use oat flour and Hershey's Cocoa for best results!
