Not-Quite Paleo Thai Curry Peanut Sauce
A thai peanut curry sauce that is mixed with a lime based mayonnaise for LCHF dieters. (I am sure it would work with other nut butters if you are so inclined.) The peanut sauce can stand on its own without adding the mayonnaise, if you are not so concerned about boosting your daily fat percentages. This sauce is good on chicken, fish, eggs, pork, and if you are lucky enough to be able to eat carbs.....rice noodles.
