This was sooo easy and sooooo good. I used fresh button mushrooms, thin sliced and added to onion and garlic. I also used just one cup of water with 4 cups organic low sodium veg. broth to reduce the salt . A little shredded parm on top finished it off nicely. Comfort food exempliflied! A KEEPER!
