I too tried this recipe from Eatingwell.com. Though the serving size is a bit off and so are the calories. Should be about 2 - 1 1/2 cups for servings and 246 calories per serving. When I made mine it was very vinegary. So I would make it without the vinegar especially if you have tart apples.
