Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is an excellent combination, but I made it like a regular fruit salad. I cubed the 3 cucumber, 1 apple and used cubed pineapple. I tossed all the combination together and replaced the salt with a seasoning called Spike. I upped the calories a bit because I didn't use low fat sour cream.
You can still use the sour cream but use the fat free.
Try it with Plain low fat yogurt instead of sour cream.
half the cals, no saturated fats and sticks better.
