Very good, I used 4 cups of low-sodium veggie stock. All of the canned stuff was of the no sodium variety as well. I substituted sirracha for the worsheshire, and added a ton of spices. Yummy!!
I didn't use the hominy (because I don't know what that is and wouldn't know where to find it in the grocery store), but it still was awesome. Low calories, great taste!
