This was absolutely delicious! I'm gluten intolerant, so I used gluten free enchilada sauce & gluten free flour. It has more fat, calories & sodium that my usual, but I ate healthier for breakfast & lunch so I could have 2 servings. It was a family event with everyone helping make it & clean up!
I make my own enchilada sauce, it is so easy to do and not preservatives and much less salt.
11 g fat! 56 mg of Cholesterol! and almost 600 mg of salt! for one small enchilada. This is NOT a dieters best friend. Too unhealthy all the way around. Not, not, not a good thing
According to this each person would get 1/8 pound of turkey! That is not much for 250 calories!
