Breakfast Recipes (Most Popular)
2 cups finely grated carrot
2 cups finely grated apple
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 c low fat sour cream
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup non fat milk
2 Tsp melted butter
Mix all together and drop by spoonful on to hot nonstick griddle. Eat with real maple syrup!
This is a recipe from my Nutritionist. It has become a family favorite at our house. We add almond nut butter and ground flax seed after cooking.
2 teaspoons of water or milk and 2 teaspoons of flour to one egg and ANYTHING you can think of as a filling.
Fast and easy morning breakfast. Puffs up beautifully. Must be served immediately. Not truly vegan due to the eggs but Catergory didn't have breakfast listed.
