A light yet tasty lunch salad

Tried to figure out a way to use up the TVP in my cupboard so that my husband and son would enjoy it as well. This is what I came up with

Mission GF Tortilla with chunk white tuna mixed with miracle whip light, fruit and veggies. This is 1/4 of the recipe, so multiply it by 4 for the full recipe.
