Necessity is the mother of invention. This is a very loosely done recipe, with the things that I already had lying around, so feel free to add other things you like/have.
I took the ingredients from one of my favorite sandwiches at Arby's and made it light. You could add more mayo to the mix, but I choose to use just enough to preserve the ingredients.
This is a slow cooker recipe. I usually cook it for about 4-5 hours on high if I need it for that night or all day on low if it is for another day...makes great premade lunches!
