Beef rissoles can be used for hamburgers, or served with gravy or nice barbeque sauce, or made into a meat loaf slices and served cold or in a sandwich. Can vary it with additions or different sauce or vegetable, or not have any vegys at all. Salt and pepper to taste.
I've adapted this recipe to be more Spark Friendly by using 95% lean ground beef. The applesauce adds moisture so you don't miss the fat. Using cinnamon and nutmeg gives a warm spicy flavor and the poultry seasoning adds a savory touch. They smell wonderful while cooking, too.

Found this on the iphone Crock Pot app and modified it a little bit. Allow some time for prep but it is really good. I eased up a little on some of the seasonings for my son but it was still very good.
