Slight modification of the South Beach recipe. Reheat in microwave. Suitable for freezing.
This is how my mother in law used to make this for us. She used a home made dough though. I use Athens #7.
This fruity chocolaty smoothie gives me a great morning boost. I usually make double this recipe and keep it in my fridge so that I can quickly grab it and drink it in the morning.
I used the same ingredients as others, but different categories of cake mix and different serving sizes because we like bigger muffins.
Super Simple dish to prepare the night before and have a nice hot breakfast the next morning, or perfect for a holiday brunch!
I was looking for a low point Banana Nut Muffin recipe, and I couldn't find one I liked. So I put this together and it turned out really good. Extra fiber from the oatmeal, and omega 3's from the walnuts, so there are added health benefits to these too. They make 12 big muffins.
Nice and quick breakfast to make, ahead even, and grab on the go. Recipe I found calls for 12 oz of canned mushrooms, but I'm not a fan so I omitted. I am thinking of adding some chopped broccoli (about 1/2 cup) for next time.
I upped the onion from 1/4 to 1/2 as they seemed lacking after my first try. May also try to add some garlic later too. A bit bland for my tastes, but a good base recipe to work with.
Enhanced Oopsie Roll recipe made with peanut butter for a dairy free version ( instead of cream cheese). I would say it is way better than the original Oopsie Roll because it has more structure to it and is very bread- like. It is best served of course with some jelly or your other favorite toppings. Enjoy!
Found this recipe from NutritionMD but added the vanilla and cinnamon and used Old Fashion Rolled Oats instead of Quick oats.
Made these this morning they were delicious sorry no pic.
This is the blending of two of my favorite low calorie muffin recipes. I wanted something larger, more substantial, but didn't want to add too many more calories. These muffins are not too sweet, high in fiber, and practically fat free. For those counting WW PointsPlus, they are three WW PointsPlus. If you like a sweeter muffin, you may consider increasing the sugar or adding packets of your favorite sweetener.
This is my favorite smoothie to make any morning I need a variety of fruit. It is really sweet so you can adjust the amount of splenda.
