This is my attempt at trying to be a bit more healthy without compromising too much on flavor. You could go all whole wheat flour and more splenda if lower carbs is your aim but this is as far as I could go and still get my kids to eat them.

A great grab and go breakfast, these can be frozen for a couple of weeks as well.
