These muffins came out super moist and so chocolatey! Also a good source of potassium and fiber. Can easily be veganized by replacing buttermilk with soy milk and sour cream with vanilla soy yogurt. If you don't like bananas try replacing the banana with applesauce or pumpkin - then you'll just have lowfat chocolate chocolate chip muffins.
