I sauteed the zucchini and mushrooms in a little butter, just enough to soften, then chopped, diced, and added the rest together. Wonderful Salad!! I also mixed the last 2 ingredients together to make the "avocodo ranch" salad dressing, and then added it per salad. The amounts are guesstimated.
This is made when I don't have guacamole, mustard, or mayonnaise. It's a lighter flavor but can but still tastes good!
