It's always a treat to find foods that taste like they pack a big diet punch but are actually low calorie and low fat. That's how I came up with this recipe. I needed something that gave me protein without the added calories or fat. Nonfat yogurt did the trick while also adding a creamy richness without the added calories or fat!

*I marinated my steak a few hours before & did so cold. The originally recipes calls for creating the marinade, boil for 5minutes, cool completely, then adding the steak for 30minutes. Up to you how you want that part done.
