I love quiche and I love broccoli and eggs. So, I put together this quiche to fulfill a craving!

Somewhat lower in calories and fat than traditional quiche because it uses 2% milk rather than cream and turkey bacon rather than pork bacon -- but still pretty tasty! You could further reduce the calories by using lowfat or nonfat cheese, but I prefer the flavor of full fat cheese.
This can be made slightly lower fat using lighter cheese- but it doesn't taste the same! Make the soup ahead and then just pop it in the oven with the toast and cheese when ready to eat.
Have leftover grilled salmon or tuna? Turn it into a wonderful salad for lunch.
This is one of my favorite salads to make. You can substitute the dressing with anything you like. Or no dressing at all, as the luxurious egg yolk is amazing on its own.

I needed to determine the calorie values of a quiche I received in my CSA package. This is sort of a combination of several recipes that makes the most sense for proper ingredients.
Double corn starch for pastry cream.
This is a classic French recipe. The butter adds a very smooth and rich texture to the product but does add about 30 calories per 1/2C serving so you can eliminate the butter and save some fat/calories.
