The Rice flour is generally made at home by washing and drying various fragrant varieties of Rice and drying it between the folds of old Cotton Saries.They dry the Rice this way for 4-5 days till absolutely dry and then grind it to obtain this Flour.

I based this recipe off of a delicious raita I had at the Clay Pit restaurant in Austin. You can use any kind of plain non-fat yogurt (I prefer Greek), and adjust the seasonings to your own taste.
I made this up when I was craving Vegetable Korma and didn't want to search for all the spices and ingredient. I found this sauce in the store and it tastes authentic. Very simple and tasty!
