This meatball recipe can cook for hours in the slow cooker /crockpot after the meatballs are browned. It's easy and low cal since the Ground Beef used is 90/10 Sirloin. We just used jar sauce but the extra spices and meat cooking in it add to the flavor.

I used to make this with veal, but really like the healthy chicken breast better. This is so tasty served with a romaine salad.
