I started using this homemade version of granola bars that I found a long time ago, unfortunately I can't remember the source. This version is for my kids who have a serious sweet tooth so the calories are pretty high. You can leave out the chocolate chips and add more fruit and/or nuts, you can use lightened up version of the condensed milk etc. This can be switched up to your liking and your caloric needs.

On the plus side: I could only eat half of a pancake because of how dense they are!
quick and easy... kids will like it, and even though you're using boxed mac n cheese, it's pretty good on sodium with the low sodium options for other ingredients.
used instant whole wheat oats along with other apples and cinamon, vanilla and brown sugar
If you love chocolate milkshakes, this all-naturual smoothie is for you! My kids can't believe we can have this for breakfast. It's amazing, and nutritious too.
