This recipe is lower in carbs than most gluten free crusts that are high in starches. I can have some starch but don't like eating highly starch meals. I think this crust taste great and is limited in starchy flours.
These muffins are moist and dense you could add more sugar if you wish but I like them lightly sweet. I also think they taste sweeter cold out of the fridge.

This is the dough I use to make home made pizza in the bread machine.
Separate yolks and whites. Mix jolks, cottage cheese, cream of wheat, sugar, and raisins. Beat egg whites and add them to batter. Bake 45 minutes at 350

My daughter & I got this idea from a Dora & Diego cookbook, and then we modified it with different veggies etc. but we used our own ideas for the foods.
This is an all-time favorite of my family. I've made it healthier by using ground turkey instead of beef and nonfat skim milk. Sometimes I double up on the veggies since this is one of the few ways my kids will eat them. You can even make it without the cheese, but I wouldn't because cheese is so yummy.
