When my husband or son are sick, I make chicken noodle soup from scratch, making the stock and noodles while I make breakfast and sauté the veggies for the soup, then simmer all afternoon for it to be ready for lunch. When I'm sick, I don't do that, I doctor up a can of Campbell's! When I have leftover chicken, I'll shred it and add it in, as well. I make it pretty spicy to open up my sinuses, and so I can taste it when I'm stuffy! I do like my soup spicy! If that's not your thing, cut back on or eliminate the red pepper flakes.
Mix all ingredients together, make 16 balls, keep in fridge. I use a cookie scoop or a small ice cream scoop.
This a A chocolatey cocoa with a delightful spiced twist, it makes me thinkk about how People in Mexico or Spain might make their cocoa because of the zip. Hope you enjoy it!

Fry in hot oil the onions, pasta raw (whatever you like, spaghetti, farfalle, etc), garlic, for about 2 min. add zuchinni chopped and pureed tomatoes and wait another minute, add the tomatoes chopped, around 1 galon of hot ( more quick ) water or chicken stock , some herbs, salt, pepper, chile (salsa, dried as you prefer) wait around 15 minutes until everything is cooked.
This is a good one to get somewhat healthy food into your kids! Minus the powder cheese (you could add real cheese to it instead) its pretty low-fat and has whole grain/protein. And it still looks like the box macaroni and cheese it is. Sometimes I add vegetables but my boys are picky and its better off putting it on the side.
Variation from Etta's recipe. It's much healthier than the original and tasted and cooked much better.
