This is an attempt to adapt a home made sports drink recipe I found online for a low carb diet. Basically by substituting Splenda for sugar, I add sweetness to cover the taste of the salts while drastically reducing the number of carbs.

Mix all dry ingredients together, then add the egg and the milk. Mix well. Heat a medium skillet and spray with cooking spray. Add batter ( usually i add the blueberries at that point)and cook until light brown, turn over and cook it trough. Serve with sugar free preserves.
