I'm not a fan of mayo and this tuna salad has become a quick and easy favorite. Tangy and flavorful. Great on crackers or toasted whole grain bread.
This is my own variation of my mom's shrimp salad recipe using chicken instead of shrimp, and omitting the macaroni.
Mother-in-law went overboard one day when she went grocery shopping and came home with a ton of bratwurst that was "on-sale"...had to find different ways to cook it so that i didn't get board with it...luckily hubby's not a big drinker but he does like beer.
